Sorry, currently we do not support porting phone numbers to 2ndPhone. Per the Terms of Service that you agreed to when you signed up your 2ndPhone account, phone numbers assigned to you are owned by 2ndPhone or its suppliers. You do not have any rights to transfer the phone numbers or to use the phone numbers separate and apart from the 2ndPhone service. 2ndPhone only grants you a permission to access a 2ndPhone phone number even you pay certain amount of 2ndPhone credits when you get the number.

2ndPhone has a feature of Voicemail that reminds you about missed phone calls. 2ndPhone Voicemail allows callers to leave a voice message to you when it’s inconvenient to receive the call. You can set your Voicemail feature in 2ndPhone by conforming to the following tapping: “More” >> “Voicemail” >> “Set up Voicemail”. You can either choose default greetings of voicemail or customize your own greeting by recording.
It depends. 2ndPhone can be used to make phone calls and send messages through WiFi or cellular data. When WiFi is available, you don’t need a data plan at all since you have access to the Internet.
